Hi Everyone,

I'm Chrystal, and I recently moved to Los Angeles from Massachusetts.  That's right!  The Patriots are wicked awesome!

There are a few goals that I would like to pursue in Los Angeles.  I've always wanted to be a tour manager, so working with a record label would be ideal.  I would also enjoy being involved with entertainment journalism and public relations--because I like to write.  And, while I'm out there, I might as well give the acting scene a shot.  I have been performing since I was ten (or probably younger), why not, you know?

Well, thanks for checking out my site. There are some pictures of me, my resume, and contact info.  I can use as many friends as possible in Los Angeles, so HOLLA!

Crunch Time

It happened again! You were determined to live a healthy lifestyle and you blew it. Sure, it went well for a couple months. You were a regular gym buff, but then you got bored. Lets be honest, watching the numbers slowly count down on that treadmills digital display is not the most exciting part of your day. But before you retreat back to "inactive mode," remember what the 80s brought to the fitness table--inventive ways to exercise.

How can we forget Olivia- Newton John rocking out in her spandex and legwarmers to "Lets Get Physical," or Richard Simmons "Sweating to the Oldies" series? Jane Fonda and Raquel Welch! These are the historians that have made aerobics what they are today. Their movement opened the doors to a world of jazzercise, fitness videos, cardiovascular equipment, and even "The Thigh Master."

Salem State Goes Hollywood

Salem State College rolled out the red carpet Thursday night for the New England benefit premiere of Touchstone Pictures new release "Moonlight Mile." Complete with limousines, elaborate decoration, and star appearances, the night proved to be a powerful success--and all in the name of helping children.

The night was arranged by Comfort and Joys, a non-profit organization based in Marblehead, which works towards providing services for underprivileged children. All of the proceeds from the event, which came from ticket and CD soundtrack sales, will be used to supply these children with school supplies and holiday gift baskets. The organization is hoping to expand, so they can provide a summer camp sponsorship program.

The evening began with an elegant champagne toast with guests of honor, Director, Writer, and Producer of the movie Brad Silberling and Actress Ellen Pompeo. The audience then proceeded to their seats, where they viewed the motion picture that many critics are raving about. A story about a young man, played by Jake Gyllenhaal, whose fiancé passes away suddenly, leaving him with the struggle of coping with the loss, while staying in strong contact with his would-be in-laws, played by Dustin Hoffman and Susan Sarandon. Conflict arises when a new woman walks into the picture, causing the young man to make a serious choice between what he thinks is right and what he wants in his heart.
